OTR Group is opening a new Kelmscott store in WA, and we’re hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, train and develop team members, manage rosters and stock, and support health and safety compliance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
