OTR in Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations and deliver excellent customer service while leading a small team.

You will be involved in rostering, training, stock management, and ensuring health and safety compliance, with opportunities for career development across our network.

OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting as well as adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
