Job summary

TheirCare is expanding for quality outside school hours care across Australia. We are hiring Educators to deliver engaging programs and support families with before and after school care and holiday programs. You will join a team that values development, community impact and a supportive environment.

Experience in childcare, WWCC and first aid are required. We offer extensive training, attendance at area events, and opportunities to advance to Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
• ACECQ A recognised qualification or in progress.
• WWCC valid in the relevant state.
• Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
• Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.

Responsibilities

• Receive extensive training in a supportive environment.
• Support local families by providing before and after school care and Holiday Programs.
• Deliver engaging programs with your team.
• Build management skills and step up as Coordinator when required.
• Assist the Coordinator with weekly administration tasks.
• Create positive relationships within the school community.
• Hours: 6:00–9:00 and 1:45–6:00, plus weekly admin hours.
