TheirCare Pty is expanding its Outside School Hours Care and Holiday Programs across Australia and invites passionate educators to join a supportive team. You will help deliver engaging activities for primary school children, build positive relationships with families and schools, and develop your leadership skills as needed.

This part-time role offers training, flexible administration hours, and opportunities for career growth within a friendly, community-focused organisation dedicated to child

Qualifikationen

• Experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
• ACE_CQA recognised qualification in relevant field.
• Working with Children’s Check valid for your state.
• Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate for your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting (incl. CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma).
• Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.

Aufgaben

• Extensive training and supportive environment.
• Support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs.
• Deliver engaging programs alongside your team.
• Build on your management skills and step up as Coordinator as required.
• Assist the Coordinator with weekly administration tasks.
• Create positive relationships within the school community.
• Hours: 7.00am - 9.00am & 2.45pm - 6.00pm + 2 weekly admin hours
