TheirCare invites passionate educators to join our team to deliver engaging before and after school care and holiday programs in Melbourne. You will work with a supportive team, helping to enrich communities and support families all year round.

As you grow, there are opportunities to develop management skills and step into a Coordinator role, with training and ongoing support from leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• ACEQA recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services.
• Valid Working with Children Check for your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
• Food Handling certificate relevant to your state.
• Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate relevant to your state.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging programs alongside your team.
• Support local families with before/after school care and Holiday Programs.
• Build management skills and step up as Coordinator when required.
• Assist the Coordinator with weekly administration tasks.
• Create positive relationships within the school community.
