Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large OSHC/childcare service in the ACT. You’ll coach the on-site leadership team, work hands-on on the floor and partner with families, schools and staff to deliver a safe, engaging program.

You’ll manage Before/After/Vacation Care, build routines, drive quality programming and ensure safety and compliance, with a focus on team development, communication and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in an OSHC or education leadership role.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Actively supporting and guiding your team during contact hours.
• Overseeing environment setup and engaging programming.
• Embedding routines, coaching staff, and ensuring safety and quality.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, schools and staff.
• Overseeing all day-to-day operations across Before, After and Vacation Care.
