Job summary

ANZUK Education is seeking an OSHC Coordinator in Manly, NSW to lead a vibrant before and after school care program. You will guide a passionate team, ensure a safe and compliant service, and build strong partnerships with families and the school community.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor educators, manage rostering and CCS processes, and deliver engaging activities for children while meeting regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with children, families and staff.
• Experience leading and coaching educators in an OSHC or education setting.
• Solid understanding of NQF requirements, staffing expectations and service compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach educators to deliver a high quality, child led OSHC program aligned with the NQF and My Time, Our Place.
• Oversee rostering, enrolments, bookings, CCS administration and daily compliance.
• Plan and review engaging activities and coordinate excursions within budget.
