Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large on-site OSHC service in Leichhardt. You’ll coach the leadership team, work hands-on on the floor, and ensure safe, engaging programming for children.

This role offers HQ support, regional guidance, and a pathway to grow with the service as it expands. Demonstrated leadership, child-centered approach, and OSHC/education leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHC or education leadership roles.
• Relevant first aid and child-safety certifications are required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach on-site leadership team during daily operations.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families and school partners.
• Oversee environment setup, programming and safety compliance.
• Provide hands-on coaching and practical support on the floor.
• Drive high-quality programming and family engagement.
