Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large OSHC service in Queensland. You’ll coach an on-site leadership team, drive engaging programming, and partner with families and school leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for children.

You’ll receive strong support from a Regional Manager and HQ, with on-the-floor leadership, comprehensive training, and clear pathways for career progression within a vibrant, child-focused organisation.

Qualifications

• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience in an OSHC or education leadership role.
• Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards) as per ACECQA standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support on-site leadership during contact hours.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Before, After, and Vacation Care.
• Build relationships with children, families and school leaders.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards.
• Lead programming and environment setup.
