Job summary

Junior Adventures Group seeks a Service Manager to lead a large OSHC service in Kellyville. You will guide Coordinators and Educators, drive quality programs and act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor under the National Quality Framework.

This full-time role offers 38 hours per week with 32.5 hours in administration and 5.5 hours in-ratio time, plus competitive pay and family-friendly benefits including parental leave and childcare discounts.

Qualifications

• Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma Qualified Educator in NSW per ACECQA.
• Previous leadership experience managing an OSHC or Early Childhood service.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large team of Coordinators and Educators.
• Drive exceptional educational programs and foster continuous improvement.
• Act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Manage service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.
• Prepare your service for Assessment & Rating and maintain high-quality standards.
• Create a positive team culture where people feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.
