Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) in Toowoomba to lead a team, ensure a safe and engaging OSHC program, and build strong school and community relationships. The role includes managing service operations and delivering high-quality experiences for children before and after school.

You will work across split shifts, with admin hours that can be done from home, supported by a mentor and regional manager to help you thrive in the role.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards) as per ACECQA standards.
• Mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment.
• Proven leadership experience in OSHC or child-focused settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant OSHC program.
• Plan engaging activities and supervise children across sessions.
• Build strong relationships with the school and local community while managing the service.
