Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Brisbane is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12. You will design and lead a vibrant, child-centered program with engaging activities, manage rosters, daily operations, and compliance to support service quality.

You'll work with families, schools, and internal teams, supported by Regional Managers and a dedicated office. This permanent full-time role offers split shifts, training, career growth, and a competitive

Qualifications

• Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Strong communication skills—you’ll be leading by example!
• You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a vibrant, child‑centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, with time allocated to do this well.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver.
• Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.
• Be supported by experienced Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office so you’re never doing it alone.
