Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) for Mount Waverley in a permanent part-time role. You will lead a team to deliver a safe, engaging OSHC program, plan activities, supervise children and build strong school/community relationships while managing the service.

You will enjoy creative freedom, collaborate with mentors and an Operations team, and operate with flexible admin hours from home, ensuring safety and high-quality care for primary-aged children.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with passion for teaching children.
• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Diploma qualification (ACECQA) in progress or completed as per standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver a safe, fun, and compliant OSHC program.
• Plan engaging activities and supervise children across services.
• Build strong relationships with the school and local community.
• Manage service operations and roster a passionate team of educators.
• Maintain service compliance and medical documentation.
