Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator for Helping Hands Golden Beach. This permanent, part-time role offers 35 hours per week across split shifts, with 5 hours of dedicated non-contact administrative time to support your success.

You'll lead a team of Educators, design engaging before- and after-school programs for children aged 5–12, manage rosters, operations and compliance, and partner with families and schools to grow the service while enjoying

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in OSHC or childcare.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Ability to design and lead child-centered programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee before- and after-school program for ages 5–12.
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture and support Educators’ growth.
• Partner with families, schools and stakeholders to grow the service.
