Extend Group is seeking an OSHC Service Coordinator for Tyndale Christian School, Strathalbyn. You will lead program planning, safety, and daily operations to deliver engaging after-school and vacation care for children.

You will bring a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood or Education, along with a valid Working With Children Check, First Aid/CPR, and related certifications. This role runs Monday to Friday with travel close to home, plus opportunities for development and retention payments.

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or related field.
• Valid Working With Children Check.
• First Aid/CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).

• Champion Quality: collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with support from compliance experts.
• The Community Connector: ensure stakeholders are heard and valued while building integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: manage day-to-day operations ensuring things run like clockwork.

About your service: Tyndale Christin School, Strathalbyn

Hourly Rate: $45.46 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $4.32 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• Work shifts during our Vacation Care program.
• After School Care: 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
• Hours: Monday to Friday.
• Travel: Work close to home
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day \"business\" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
