TheirCare is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a Dunsborough service in Western Australia, delivering before- and after-school care and holiday programs for local families. The role is full-time across a 5-day week with early start and afternoon finish, plus admin time.

You will design engaging programs for ages 5–12, build strong school relationships, mentor staff, and ensure smooth service operations with compliance and administration duties.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare, Community Services, or similar.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check for your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting, food safety and mandatory reporting certificates.
• National Criminal History Check dated within the last 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver engaging OSHC programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in the school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and growth within OSHC.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
