Job summary

The TheirCare OSHC Coordinator role at Tooradin Primary School leads before and after school care and holiday programs, delivering engaging activities for children aged 5–12. You will be the school community’s face, building strong relationships and guiding your team to improve care quality.

You’ll oversee compliance, safety and admin tasks, with hours from 6:30am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus admin time; experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Completion or current study of ACECQA-recognised qualification.
• Valid Employee Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
• National Criminal History Check dated within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own OSHC service, providing before and after school care and holiday programs.
• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop skills and growth within the industry.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
