Job summary

The TheirCare family, founded in 2017 and based in Melbourne, now delivers OSHC and Holiday Programs across Australia. We are a vibrant, supportive community of educators committed to enriching communities and supporting families year-round.

As an OSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead your own service, designing engaging programs for children aged 5–12, building strong relationships, mentoring your team, and overseeing compliance and administration to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-recognised qualification completed or in progress.
• Current Working with Children Check for your state.
• HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting or equivalent.
• Relevant food safety and mandatory reporting certificates.
• National Criminal History Check within the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 5–12.
• Build positive relationships as the face of TheirCare in your school community.
• Mentor and support your team to develop their skills and growth.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothly.
