Job summary

The YMCA Queensland Bray Park Outside School Hours Care service is seeking a passionate Coordinator to oversee daily operations, develop child-led programs and lead a team of educators. You will ensure high standards in safety, administration and compliance while building strong connections with families, schools and the local community.

Qualifications

• Diploma or teaching qualification in children’s services or related field (or current study).
• Experience in children’s programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• Blue Card, First Aid and CPR current or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to a safe, inclusive environment and knowledge of NQF.
