Job summary

The Y Queensland Iis seeking a Coordinator for the Bray Park Outside School Hours Care service to lead a team, develop engaging programs for children, and strengthen community connections. This role focuses on safety, inclusion, and high-quality service delivery.

You will manage daily operations, create child-led activities, and collaborate with families and local schools to provide a welcoming, safe environment where children grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC/Teaching qualification (or studying towards).
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework.

• Ensure high standards in compliance, administration, and safety.
