Job summary

The Y Queensland is seeking a Coordinator to join the Leichhardt Outside School Hours Care service on a full-time basis. You will oversee daily operations, develop engaging programs and lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care in a safe environment.

Qualifications

• A Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards).
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations; strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework.
