Job summary

The YMCA Bracken Ridge Outside School Hours Care service in Queensland is seeking a full-time Coordinator to lead a team of educators, develop engaging, child-led programs, and strengthen connections with families and the local community.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, safety, and high standards, and contribute to inclusive, safe environments for children while advancing your leadership career with a not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifications

• A Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards)
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework
