The YMCA is seeking a passionate Coordinator to join our Outside School Hours Care service in Sydney, NSW, on a full-time basis. You will lead a team of educators, develop engaging, child-led programs, and build strong connections with families, schools and the local community.

You’ll ensure compliance, safety, and high-quality service while fostering an inclusive environment where children feel safe and inspired to grow.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC/Teaching qualification (or studying towards).
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework.
