Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to co-manage a dynamic before- and after-school program at a primary school. You’ll mentor Educators, coordinate rosters, and ensure engaging, child-centered activities for ages 5–12.

The role offers 25 hours per week across morning, afternoon, and school holiday hours, with strong leadership growth, state office support, and core compliance responsibilities in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact.
• Clearly and confidently communicates with children, parents and school staff.
• Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role.
• Has or will obtain a National Police Check and a Working with Children check.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage a dynamic team of Educators onsite at a primary school.
• Lead a vibrant before and after-school program for children aged 5–12.
• Roster management and day-to-day service operations including compliance and admin.
