Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for our Brookfield State School Helping Hands OSHC service. You will co‑manage a before-and-after school program for children aged 5–12, delivering engaging activities and leading a team of Educators.

This permanent part‑time role offers 25 hours per week with shifts across mornings, afternoons, and school holidays. You’ll work with a supportive regional team, receive mentorship, and have access to staff benefits and professional

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact.
• Holds or willing to obtain National Police Check and Working with Children check.
• Has Australian work rights.
• ACECQA OSHC qualification in progress or obtained.

Responsibilities

• Co‑manage a dynamic team of Educators onsite and roster management.
• Lead a vibrant before and after school program for ages 5–12.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations including compliance and administration.
• Foster strong relationships with school, parents, and community.
