Junior Adventures Group in Forrestfield is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a dynamic before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12. You will manage a team of Educators, coordinate rosters, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with regional managers to drive growth.

The role offers 34.5 hours/week (part-time) with 4 hours of paid non-contact admin time, and a supportive path for career development within JAG.

Qualifications

• Must hold ACECQA-recognised qualification and WA First Qualified Educator status.
• National police check (or willingness to obtain, we will cover)
• State Working-With-Children Check
• Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.
• Manage roster, day-to-day operations, and ensure program compliance.
• Handle admin tasks and partner with regional managers for leadership development.
