Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) in Treeby is seeking a part-time Assistant Coordinator to help lead our OSHC service and deliver engaging programs for primary school children.

You will support a team of Educators, manage rosters, oversee service operations and ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment. Prior leadership experience and ACECQA-aligned qualifications are preferred, with paid admin time and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
• Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
• Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
• Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities
