Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is hiring an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of Educators and run a before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12 at Helping Hands Lane Cove West. This permanent, full-time role offers 38 hours per week with 8 non-contact admin hours and split shifts 7:00–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm.

You’ll own rosters, drive a dynamic, child-centered program with activities like STEM, sports, cooking and crafts, ensure compliance, and collaborate with a regional manager and

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12
• Manage rosters, day-to-day operations, compliance and admin tasks
• Foster teamwork and growth with mentorship from regional managers and an office team
