Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for the OSHC service OSHClub in Treeby to support day-to-day operations and deliver engaging programs for primary school children.

In this permanent part-time role (32 hours/week with 2 hours admin time), you will lead a team of Educators, coach staff, manage rosters, and develop STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft activities, while ensuring a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• WA First Qualified Educator qualification per ACECQA

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
• Roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
• Create child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
• Develop skills and experience to progress into future management opportunities
