Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for our OSHC service in Treeby. This permanent part-time role delivers engaging programs for primary school-aged children and supports day-to-day service operations.

The role includes leading Educators, rostering, and administration within a 32-hour week, with two hours of paid non-contact time. Prior leadership and First Aid qualifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a school or OSHC setting.
• Ability to coach and supervise a team of Educators.
• Strong rostering, operations, and administration skills.
• Experience supporting children with diverse needs and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite.
• Build confidence in roster management and service operations.
• Create engaging, child-led programs (STEM, cooking, sport, art, craft).
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and schools.
• Develop skills to progress into future management opportunities.
