Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an Assistant Coordinator in Treeby to lead and support an OSHC team across morning and afternoon programs. The role offers 32 hours per week with 2 hours of paid non-contact admin time and a pathway to leadership within a growing organisation.

You will work with a committed team to deliver engaging activities for primary school children, while ensuring safety, inclusion and high-quality care in a local school community.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a national police check.
• State Working with Children check is required.
• Australian working rights are essential.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite.
• Roaster management, service operations, compliance and administration.
• Develop exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and schools.
• Progress into future management opportunities.
