Junior Adventures Group is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for the OSHC service in Wellard. The role supports day-to-day operations, mentors Educators, and helps deliver engaging programs for primary school children on a permanent part-time basis (32 hours per week with 2 hours paid admin).

You’ll work split shifts, with mornings and afternoons, and there is potential for extra hours during school holidays. Training and regional/state support are provided to build leadership skills.

Qualifikationen

• Hold or be actively working towards an ACECQA-recognised qualification.
• National police check (covered by us) and state Working-with-Children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator qualifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Help lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite.
• Roster management, service operations, compliance and administration.
• Create child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft experiences.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities.
