Job summary

OSHClub in the Success area is hiring an Assistant Coordinator to help run the OSHC service for primary school children. You will lead a team of Educators onsite, support rostering, and help deliver engaging, safe programs within a values-driven workplace.

The role is permanent part‑time (27.5 hours per week with 1 hour of paid admin time), with split shifts and potential extra hours during school holidays. Training and regional support are provided to help you develop as a leader.

Qualifications

• Hold or be actively working towards ACECQA-recognised qualifications.
• Experience leading or coordinating an OSHC/educational team is desirable.
• Ability to manage rosters, operations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite.
• Roster management, service operations, compliance and administration.
• Create engaging, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft.
• Foster relationships with children, families, schools and community.
• Develop skills for future management opportunities.
