Junior Adventures Group is hiring an Assistant Coordinator for our OSHC service in the Treeby area. The role supports day-to-day operations, mentors Educators, and helps deliver engaging programs for primary school children on a permanent part-time basis.

The position requires a WA First Qualified Educator credential with ACECQA, plus leadership experience. 32 hours per week, with 2 hours of paid admin time, and potential extra hours during school holidays.

Qualificações

• Must hold ACECQA-recognised qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA
• Willing to obtain national police check (reimbursed)
• State Working-with-Children check required
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite
• Roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
• Create engaging, child-led programs (STEM, cooking, sport, art, craft)
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and community
• Develop skills and pathways for future management opportunities
