Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Western Australia is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for the OSHC service OSHClub in Treeby. You will support day-to-day running, lead a team of Educators and deliver engaging programs for primary school children.

This permanent part-time role offers 32 hours per week, with 2 hours of paid non-contact administration time and split shifts across mornings and afternoons. Leadership experience and First Aid qualifications are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we cover costs).
• State working-with-children check completed prior to onboarding.
• Australian working rights in Australia.
• National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding (Gecko).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite.
• Roster management, service operations and compliance.
• Create exciting programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and community.
• Develop leadership skills and pathways for future management.
