Junior Adventures Group is seeking an Assistant Coordinator for the Treeby area to support the OSHC service and lead Educators in day-to-day operations. This permanent part-time role offers a 32-hour week with two hours of paid non-contact time, and early morning and afternoon shifts.

You will help deliver safe, engaging, child-centred programs and gain leadership experience with regional support. You will need an ACECQA-recognised qualification, plus a WA First Qualified Educator credential,

Qualificações

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• WA First Qualified Educator qualification per ACECQA guidelines

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite
• Roster management, service operations, compliance and administration
• Create engaging child-led programs (STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft)
• Foster positive relationships with children, families and schools
• Develop skills for future management opportunities
