Job summary

Angel Medical Recruit presents a senior Practice & People Manager opportunity in a premier orthopaedic clinic in Perth. Lead a large team and drive people, practice operations and patient services across a complex private healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with Partners and management to align workforce, HR practices and operational performance, ensuring high standards and professional culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated management experience within specialist/private healthcare.
• Strong people leadership and staff-management capability.
• HR and employment-practices skills: workforce planning, performance management, employee relations and compliance.
• WHS, privacy and compliance in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, reception, nursing and practice staff.
• Workforce planning, rostering and resource allocation.
• Recruitment, onboarding and staff development.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the practice and workflows.
• Support clinicians with operational requirements and patient service standards.
• Oversee WHS implementation and privacy/compliance.
• Manage IT/service-provider requirements and policy/reporting.
