PeakLife Clinic in West Perth, WA, is seeking a highly organised Practice Manager / Medical Receptionist for a full-time, salaried position. You will run day-to-day admin, coordinate appointments across multiple clinicians and maintain patient records with care.

You will work directly with our multidisciplinary team to deliver an exceptional patient experience, manage bookings, payments, and practice workflows, and contribute to clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Medical reception experience preferred.
• Experience in private specialist or multidisciplinary clinics is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception, phone calls and patient enquiries
• Coordinate appointments across clinicians and investigations
• Manage bookings, scheduling and clinic workflows
• Process payments and invoices
• Coordinate pathology, imaging and external appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support clinic policies and compliance
• Liaise with doctors, nurses and allied health staff
• Help develop and improve administrative systems
