Job summary

Private Advertiser in NSW seeks an enthusiastic medical receptionist to support an orthopaedic surgeon. You will handle reception, patient bookings, enquiries, billing, and records in a fast-paced, paperless practice across St. Leonards and SAN clinic.

Fluency in English and excellent customer service essential. Prior medical reception experience preferred; familiarity with medical terminology and software is a plus. Attractive remuneration with potential for permanent position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Office administration including reception, taking patient bookings and enquiries.
• Front desk reception duties and patient check-in.
• Handling patient enquiries and correspondence.
• Billing, invoicing and processing.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and systems.
• Clinic organisation (including proofreading and dispatch of correspondence).
• Ability to work across multiple locations (St. Leonards and SAN clinic).
