No prior medical reception experience is required; we provide full training and support. The role covers answering calls, emails, booking appointments, coordinating theatre lists and hospital admissions, and liaising with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk.
• Answer phone calls and respond to email enquiries.
