Job summary

Showtime Consulting Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking an experienced Change Manager (PV) to lead the people side of complex security-focused initiatives. You will apply PROSCI ADKAR principles to drive adoption of new policies, processes and technologies in a highly secure government environment.

You will partner with project teams and SMEs to translate technical delivery into practical change strategies, manage stakeholder communications, training, and readiness, and mentor ongoing capability

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience planning and delivering complex business change initiatives.
• Structured change management methodologies, particularly PROSCI ADKAR.
• Experience partnering with project delivery teams to execute complex change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Current TSPV or TSPA security clearance.
• Ability to work in Canberra.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with PROSCI ADKAR principles.
• Drive adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working across policy, operational and technology workstreams.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and strategic communications to build awareness and commitment to change.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Identify barriers and develop targeted strategies to address resistance.
• Oversee training activities and translate technical requirements into learning journeys.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and adoption.
• Integrate change activities into broader project schedules and timelines.
• Assess readiness and measure adoption using data-driven insights.
