Job summary

Saable Builders & Developers Pty Ltd in Narre Warren, VIC, is hiring an Organisation and Methods Analyst for a full-time permanent role. You will examine and optimize business processes, design performance metrics, and drive automation initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and at least three years in process analysis, ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365), and BI tools such as Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow optimization, or organisational change.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL and NETSTOCK.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 (On-Prem and Cloud).
• Minimum 3 years' experience in automation, digital transformation, or system implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process modelling tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• Proficient in Automation Anywhere 360 Platform and Power Apps software to enable process automation, workflow optimization, and system integration.
• Experience in stakeholder management and change management processes.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to business operations.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Examining and evaluating business processes, workflows, and structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Identifying areas that need improvement and recommending changes to policies, systems, and processes
• Providing sales insights into the analytics and reporting to senior leadership to assist the businesses to grow and improve
• Carrying out feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes
• Analysing business requirements and turning them into system specifications
• Developing and rolling out new business procedures and work methods
• Working with stakeholders to gather feedback and make sure changes align with business goals
• Preparing reports, manuals, and documentation on company procedures and best practices
• Monitoring the impact of changes on business performance and efficiency
• Designing and setting up performance measurement frameworks to drive ongoing improvement
• Advising management on ways to streamline operations and boost productivity
• Running training sessions and workshops for employees on new procedures and systems
• Working with IT teams to implement automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensuring all process changes follow industry regulations and company policies
• Providing ongoing support and advice to different departments to improve operations
