You will improve efficiency, enhance business systems and support technology-enabled initiatives through data insights, process optimisation and change management.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a medium to large organisation.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting and translating business requirements.
• Demonstrated experience analysing and improving business processes.
• Experience working with enterprise technology platforms and system enhancement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience supporting change management and project delivery activities.
• Understanding of system integrations, automation and technology-driven solutions.
• Experience in recruitment, labour hire, workforce solutions or professional services.
