Job summary

Health and Aged Care Professionals in Sydney is seeking an Order Entry / Customer Service Representative for a one-month contract. The role focuses on high-volume order processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate customer records in a fast-paced back office environment.

The successful candidate will work with an experienced Order Management team, reporting to the Order Management Manager, with training provided and a supportive team culture at Macquarie Park offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume order processing and data entry.
• Fast, accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using ERP or order management systems and handling customer records.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of orders and enter data into ERP systems.
• Enter orders into internal ERP systems and update records.
• Process returns, credits and adjustments accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Communicate efficiently with internal departments to ensure order accuracy.
