Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Castle Towers store. You will lead the team two days a week, partner with the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless eye test to frame dispensing journey, and drive performance while ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong retail/optics background, and availability for a full-time Sunday-Thursday roster. Bailey Nelson offers growth opportunities and internal progression in ANZ.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at a supervisor or management level.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop others.
• Willingness to work full time on a Sunday to Thursday roster.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time
