Job summary

Bailey Nelson is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Broadway store. You will partner with the Store Manager and Optometrist to guide customers from eye tests to frame selection, while leading the team to hit performance targets.

You will own the store for two days weekly, drive a smooth appointment flow, and ensure every customer interaction is effortless and enjoyable. A strong customer focus and leadership flair are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at supervisor/management level.
• Ability to lead and develop others.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Comfort with driving store KPIs and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense.
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance.
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable.
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time.
