Job summary

Bailey Nelson in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated retail leader to support the Store Manager and Optometrist, guiding the customer journey from eye test to frame selection. You will take ownership of the store two days a week, leading the team and driving performance.

Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time, as we expand across ANZ. We offer an OTE up to $85,000 with base, bonuses, and a focus on training and internal progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or optics at a supervisor or management level.
• Ability to coach and develop others to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense
• Take ownership of the store 2 days a week, leading the team and driving performance
• Keep the appointment book running smoothly and ensure every customer interaction feels easy and enjoyable
• Coach and support your team to deliver great service, every time
