Responsibilities

• Workflow Execution: Coordinate and execute operational processing across the property purchase lifecycle, from sales contract review to settlement.
• Document & Contract Management: Handle sales contracts and documents with accuracy, navigating non-standard docs and edge cases.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Work with internal teams, external legal and financial partners to maintain a seamless experience.
• Queue & Inbox Management: Monitor high-volume task queues and inboxes with fast, accurate resolution in line with SLAs.
• Quality & Compliance: Adhere to documented rules and procedures with high attention to detail.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.
