Randstad is seeking a highly organized Operations Officer (Facilities) to join the Estates and Facilities team in Adelaide, Australia. You will be the first point of contact for facilities management, handling inquiries, coordinating bookings, and managing external hires while ensuring data accuracy across systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff, visitors and the public.
• Coordinate room and vehicle bookings; manage service requests and external facilities hire, including tours, quotes and agreements.
• Maintain accurate data across corporate information systems, including Space Management and Room Booking platforms.
• Assist with security-related protocols and support during campus incidents or emergencies.
