The role is hands-on, highly visible, and serves as the key link between staff and Specialists to support patient care in the community.

The ideal candidate has extensive medical administration experience, strong people management skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure smooth running and excellent patient service.

• Past experience with medical administration.
• Preferred experience within the Ophthalmology industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, formulate, guide and co-ordinate site best practice in our Deakin clinic.
• Role is multi-faceted, hands on and highly visible within the organisation.
